EXS-80 (21).png

The EXS-80 is a single-person portable, wirelessly controlled blast simulator engineered specifically for backdraft-focused fire training. Its directional output enables instructors to safely replicate the sudden pressure release and violent air movement triggered during backdraft conditions, building realistic cue recognition and controlled entry timing.

Purpose-built for precision and repeatable performance, the EXS-80 can be positioned to simulate window failures, door openings, and interior pressure events—delivering high-impact realism without compromising safety or structural props.

Wired or Wirelessly Operated

All OPCON simulators use the same Power Control Box (EXS-PCB) and a universal wireless remote, enabling all devices to talk to each other.

Can be operated with a hard wired trigger or wirelessly with a line-of-sight of up to 1000ft by a single operator in a static or mobile position. All receivers act as a MESH system, further extending operational distance.
